19.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE Dear Clients, Thank you for your understanding and patience. As you know this is a very dynamic situation which changes daily. ... In regards to your holiday: Unless you are due to travel in the next 14 days our advice is to wait and watch and keep up to date by referring to the Department of Foreign Affair’s Smarttraveller website www.smartraveller.org.au and WHO (World Health Organisation) www.who.int. Please refer to the facts and filter any media reporting. We are working around the clock and monitoring changes and travel advices as they occur. You will appreciate we have many clients who have been affected with various changes and bans around the World. In order to serve you best we do ask for your patience at this time. We need to focus our attention on those clients currently in the midst of their overseas holiday and those due to depart in the next 2 to 4 weeks. If you are due to travel on or after 01st May 2020 it is still too early to make any decisions or for us to give you the best possible advice. Whilst many attractions around the world are closed at the moment, the current advice is that they will be reopening by the end of this month, March. This is specifically advice received in regards to travel to Japan for their busiest time during Cherry Blossom season. Whilst we are aware you may have already made a decision not to travel or to postpone your travel to a future date, our advice to you is to please be patient and wait. For departures beyond April 2020 majority of airlines, tour operators, etc are still charging full cancellation and amendment fees, as are all other tour operators, cruise lines, etc. However, this is changing on a daily and weekly basis so please wait. Cancelling now will likely cost you money while waiting could mean you are able to get more flexible options from various suppliers, especially the airlines. Please remember we are your agent, and we are making decisions and negotiating with suppliers with the best interests for all our clients. We are diligently working around the clock attending to clients currently travelling abroad to ensure as minimal disruption to their travel as possible. We promise we will be getting to you as soon as possible. Thank you!

04.01.2022 A year ago, we'd never guessed that the aviation industry would be facing a crisis. This time-lapse video by our neighbour Kent Eriksson shows the reduction in ...our air traffic compared to last year. We are thinking of our airline partners and their staff who have been affected by this pandemic. Let’s hope we can all fly again soon!
