24.01.2022 LANDMARKS FOR THE WIN! Happy 2021 everyone! Something I want to do more of on this page this year is share more tales from my fellow travellers. It's such a shame to not be out and about exploring the world, however I think it's still important to keep the travel bug alive and stay excited about future dreams.... So this month I'll like to start a photo challenge and ask everyone to share a pic and story about their fav landmark they've visited and why. I wouldn't call the Golden Gate Bridge my favourite landmark I've seen - but I love this photo and dreamed of seeing this bridge on this angle (and it was a bonus that we got to do this with two awesome friends of ours). The feeling of achieving that dream was amazing and I can still vividly remember walking (no I didn't ride a bike) over this bridge so that's why I've picked this photo. What's your story?

22.01.2022 If anyone does this, be sure to let me know what you think. I reckon it’ll be awesome

22.01.2022 With the WA regional border restrictions now easing, I felt it timely for a post to share the details of a 10 day road trip Chris and I ventured upon back in April 2018. Day One was a simple drive to Geraldton via the Pinnacles. I must admit, I was underwhelmed, however I do believe they’re one of those landmarks to visit at least once and I imagine if you visit with the right weather it would make for some stunning photos. After a sneaky Corona, we made our way to Cervantes...Continue reading

That’s 10 days. 10 travel photos. 10 nominations. Today I nominate, Indi Santorini

12.01.2022 Flashback to six years ago where I can still picture the warm smell of fresh croissants in Mykonos. So many travel plans put on hold this year - hopefully the world opens up soon so we can all get back exploring Where’s the next destination you plan to hit once travel becomes possible?

07.01.2022 Recently my cousin, Verna headed up to Kalbarri to check out the newly opened Skywalk and her photos were so beautiful - I just had to share them! It’s the perfect time of year to do the drive up North with the wildflowers starting to appear as well. Below are the Top 5 tips which Verna shared with me about her Skywalk experience;... - There is no additional cost to do the Skywalk, it’s included as part of the park entry fee - The two Sky Walks are about 100m apart - the first one includes a cafe which appeared to be popular - Toilet facilities are available - The Sky Walks extend approx 10m over the gorge allowing for amazing views (would look incredible with a full river) - Take an umbrella if the weather isn’t the greatest because whilst there is cover at the Walks, there isn’t any shelter in between the Walks or on the Walks themselves Can’t wait to check it out myself - thanks heaps for sharing Verna!

06.01.2022 Spring has sprung! For me, Spring not only gets me excited about nature waking up and sharing it’s beauty, but also the prospect of warmer weather arriving, which for me, means trying to get as much Vitamin Sea as possible Today I was lucky enough to hit the beach to soak my soul and I tell ya what, it never fails to make me feel amazing. ... I’d love to see your favourite water destinations that make your heart glow Mine below; Top - Turquoise Bay, Exmouth - photos will never do this incredible beach justice Left - Greens Pool, Denmark - try to visit on a day free of clouds and omg - no regrets! Middle - Eagle Bay - this one holds a soft spot because it reminds me of my good friends Cait and Rach and our weekend together and my buddy Ash who showed me this treasure a few years ago now Right - Phi Phi Islands, Thailand - this was my first snorkeling experience and it really demonstrates what amazing green water can look like
