22.01.2022 A creepy bird in a creepy photo! This is a Pied Currawong, somewhat famous for their intolerance of humans. They'll attack you, and any other living creature in the area, just for the fun of it!

21.01.2022 UPDATE! Moth loses fight to Thornbill; Assassinated by Fantail. travharries.com/blog

20.01.2022 A curious little juvenile Coot from local wetlands! When you spend as much time with wild birds as I do, you start to find that they have personalities not too dissimilar from humans. Selamat Malam!

20.01.2022 HAPPY EASTER FRIENDS! Here's a fox playing tag with an Easter Bunny minion out delivering eggs. Remember to eat breakfast before you chow down and if you're lactose intolerant like me, may the force be with you. travharries.com/blog

11.01.2022 I originally thought that Grey Fantails were just super friendly, now I realise they're pure evil. There's a story about them on my blog! travharries.com/blog

09.01.2022 Here's a very unique bird! Lorikeets are known to interbreed and are quite often sharing habits, resulting in a lot of fertile hybrids (or Frankenstein-Lorikeets). This guy is a mix of three birds, his (or her) wings are that of a Rainbow Lorikeet, its breast and parts of it's face are from a Musk Lorikeet and the rest of it is likely from another hybrid (the red cap is not seen too often).

07.01.2022 A White Ibis having a bite to eat in the afternoon sun, and looking mighty pleased about it.

07.01.2022 A very thoughtful Coot, looking into what I guess is a mirror for ducks, framed by wetland reeds. Tell me what you think! :)

05.01.2022 JAILBIRD! A Brown Thornbill fights a moth for social dominance in the You Yangs State Penitentiary. You may need to look closely at this one! The real stories behind my images all go on my blog, eventually! travharries.com/blog

04.01.2022 What do you suppose he's thinking? A contemplative Scarlet Robin. I have a new blog post up, have a read! I hope this one's entertaining for photographers and non-photographers alike. travharries.com/blog

04.01.2022 Oh hi! Superb Fairy Wren in the scrub

04.01.2022 A coot portrait from last spring!

02.01.2022 I seeeeeee youuuu! A Spotted Pardalote. This is the reality of bird photography. Constantly fighting tree branches for focus on something that never sits still. But it's so rewarding when you finally get a clear shot! And even these images turn out OK sometimes
