13.01.2022 Educators SA have announced the winners in their World Teachers Day Awards. Congratulations to Amanda Johnson from Scotch College who won this year's TRB Induction and Mentoring Early Career Award! Amanda belongs to the Home Economics Institute of Australia SA (HEIA) and recently worked with early career country teachers who visited Adelaide to seek assistance with their Food Technology teaching. Amanda supported them with their learning while in Adelaide and has continued this support through regular catch-ups and discussions about their progress and successes. Amanda also hosts the HEIA Hub group meetings that allow teachers to network and discuss ideas and issues facing Food Technology teachers.
