09.01.2022 Tre Bella Hair and Beauty is for sale. As many of you may have already heard it is time for us to take a step back. We have decided to sell our beautiful salon. Tre Bella has been established in Singleton town centre for over 18 years. This is a walk-in walk out sale . Located at 96 John Street Singleton on this prime location has been our home, this is a freehold business making the hours flexible to the new salon owner. The salon comprises of a large front area with 11 w...orking stations and 2 basins , lounge waiting area and a retail section . We also have a large staff room which includes washing machine dryer and clothesline , colour mixing area and kitchen. We have two large fully fitted out beauty rooms one comprising a Spraytan booth both including massage beds and wax pots. Loads of storage. This salon would suit obviously a hairdresser , beauty therapist , nail technician , makeup artist or all of the above it is a massive space. The salon has its own private bathroom as well.
