14.01.2022 Hello Everyone WOW What a few years from the loss of my brother, my mum, and struggling with excruciating pain for 5 years. i am now pain free and have updated my skills so i can finally help others. During this time i completed my Certificate IV in Life Coaching and also studied with the Institute of Psychology of Eating to become a Certified Mind Body Eating Coach. This year i updated my Certificate !V in Training and Assessment and have just completed my Certificate... III in Disabilities and Certificate IV in New Small Business. So i am now ready to take my business to the next level. i have combined all of my studies that will provide people with strategies and support in their lives to be healthier happier people. From my own healing, knowledge and skills i will now empower others to do the same. stay tuned for more information as i work on a change of name and logo for my business. Also i am looking at running a workshop so any suggestions on what you would like in this workshop. It will be a local workshop. My thoughts are "Setting Goals" as we are about to move into a new year, "How to ensure we achieve these goals".
