04.01.2022 THINGS GO WRONG! Yes this is a true fact things go wrong sometimes very wrong. You don't normally get to see this side of baking as people want to show their most upright perfect cakes and cookies ect... I'm happy to laugh at my own mistakes like filling up a cake tin so high when it cooks it has its own lava explosion that will take hours to clean up after ... But this is the raw side of baking. The experimental side. The get it wrong until you get it right side!
