01.01.2022 As part of the local community we are mindful of COVID-19 and We would like to reassure all of our customers that we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff during these difficult times. We already have very stringent cleaning processes in place and have even increased this to ensure the safety of our local community. Please see a list below of what we have put in place. We were given a 5 star food handling and hygiene rating by the food... inspector on their last visit, this sticker is displayed on the front door of our restaurant. we would like to ensure you our staff have not been out of the country within the last 6 months and have not been in contact recently with anyone who has been overseas to their knowledge. hand washing has always been a top priority in our restaurant, on top of regular hand washing staff will be wearing gloves to ensure your safety. we have hand sanitiser for customers, as well as antibacterial soap in our soap dispensers. all of our tables and chairs are cleaned after every diner and salt and pepper shakers are cleaned also, all with a food grade sanitiser/disinfectant. we are also paying extra attention to high touch areas like doors and door handles, if in doubt please ask one of our staff and they will clean any surface or item. we also have our outdoor dining area available we will also be assuring diners are being spaced out 4 cubic metres as recommended by the NSW health department How can you help if you are unwell with cold or flu symptoms, please avoid going out, this is for the safety of yourself and our local community and we just want everyone to be safe. please continue to support local businesses, that have already faced hardship over the last few months due to fires and flooding. If you don’t feel comfortable dining out we do have take away available. You can call to order then pick up when ready.
