24.01.2022 Greetings, my name is Miles, I’m an aspiring teacher with a deep passion for music. I started learning the Violin at the age of 7(Year 2000). Currently I hold a Diploma of Violin from the Australian Music Examination Board. I’ve been in string orchestras since primary to high school performing at various events ranging from school yard performances to retirement village concerts. One of the best experiences I’ve had was with the Queensland Youth Orchestra performing at QPAC ...alongside various other artists. I’ve also been a part of church performances and travelling overseas with our mission group performing all over Taiwan. I structure my lessons with each individual student adjusting my teaching style to best suit them, whether it’s for AMEB exams, wanting to get into a school, preparing for a solo/group performance or just purely playing for fun. The joy of music when it is all you can hear and all you can feel when you're playing an instrument is something I think everyone should get to experience at least once in their life. Amidst the Coronavirus Pandemic and lockdowns, I am excited to announce that Violin Lessons and subsequent practice are not suspended! I will be conducting LIVE online one-to-one lessons through Zoom Cloud Meetings (available on computer, tablets and mobile phones) so we can all continue to practise and play....
