24.01.2022 Employee Profile: Shaun Brennan. Shauno. B Man. Brenno... I could go on. Shaun is one of our newer members on the block. He’s a country boy, moved to the big smoke. And like all of us, like long walks on the beach and reading a book in front of the fire. He came on as a casual looking for a bit of a change of scenery, but we’re starting to think we have have converted him. We’ve often spotted him eating sawdust sandwiches for lunch and enjoying the sweet sweet smell of two stroke in the morning. He even grew a beard to fit in with the rest of us bears! He has a great work ethic and an eye for detail. And above all, he’s a true team member.

On a serious note though, it’s a reminder that our pets can have an effect on our wildlife and we should do what we can to keep the two seperate

22.01.2022 How does the stump grinder work? We get quite a few questions about stump grinding: How does it pull the stump out of the ground?... Am I left with a big hole in the ground? What happens to the roots? As we can see from the video, we don’t pull them out. We grind them. It uses tungsten carbide tips to smash them apart. It actually makes quite a bit of spoil. If anything, there’ll be excess that you can spread around the garden bed. We grind the bulk of the area, but it's not worth tearing up your whole yard to chase every root under the ground.

20.01.2022 Job of the week last week was a couple big Pine removals and a whole bunch of canopy reductions on an Oak, Golden Elm and some other pruning. We had 8 people on site to get it all done in a day. Massive effort.

We are open and are starting to work through our backlog of quotes. so if you've been in touch, you can expect a call from us this week. Tree Amigos Roadmap Regional: Our regional team is able to operate business as usual, so there's no change there.... All work looks like it will re open on the 19th October.
