Accounts Receivable Debt collection Invoicing Data collection Surveying General office duties Casual relief of the Office Manager (including overload) What experience is required for this role? Excellent written and verbal presence Basic knowledge of Word and Outlook Intermediate knowledge of Excel Knowledge of accounting software (preferably QuickBooks) Ability to work as a team and individually Customer service skills Must be flexible This position is Part Time. Monday to Friday - 1:30pm-5:30pm with potential of extended hours in the future.
