15.01.2022 True, but I think we’re moving in the right direction ... some schools are scheduling play sessions in early Kinder and the ‘idea’ of play as learning is re emerging for sure. The challenge for teachers is offsetting curriculum demands (and also parental expectations). I believe quality teaching can springboard off play opportunities and lots of fun teachers do this in creative and clever ways in and out of their classrooms
