21.01.2022 There have been a few changes and questions since our last Covid safe update so we'd like to let you know how Trees Adventure Yeodene Park is helping to minimise the spread of COID-19. If you will be onsite for more than 15 minutes you will need to sign in. This can be done via our QR code posted around our park. We will be taking the temperatures of everyone onsite. This is done by a non-contact forehead thermometer.... When completing your waiver, we will need to confirm that your address is from regional Victoria so please have your ID card ready for a quick view by staff. If you already have a booking and are from metro Melbourne the manager will discuss your booking's options with you. Masks are required to be worn at all times for ages 12+. The only exceptions are: - You are on the ground taking a quick drink/snack break with no one within 1.5m. - You are on course completing an activity (exercise). It is 1 person per activity you & you're keeping the 1.5m distance. Any other times your mask needs to be worn correctly covering the mouth and nose. If you lose your mask, we have the surgical type masks at both the office and home tree for you to wear onsite. 17.01.2022 Finally we are at our most difficult course at Yeodene Park which is the Black course! The black course is for people aged 13 years and above. This course has one downhill zipline, one uphill zipline, and some pretty interesting challenges as you make your way through the course. To finish this course you'll come across the same free fall type of ending as both the Red courses, just this final platform is twice the height at approx 20 meters If you are interested in complet...ing our black course please let us know so we can help you get there within your session time. 11.01.2022 It's going to be a hot one!! If you have booked in for a session on Sunday 15/11/20 (tomorrow) please remember to bring your drink bottles down to the courses to keep yourself hydrated. We do have a small range of drinks to purchase at the office if you forget to bring a drink bottle. We only have a small number of spots available for the day so bookings are essential to avoid missing out. ... While we usually don’t have a cap on spectators, we ask they do not attend, especially grandparents or other at-risk individuals. Just share your photos with them instead!

10.01.2022 With the growing concerns around COVID-19, we just wanted let you know of the actions weve taken so you can still hang around with us! Were an outdoor activity, which means there is plenty of space for everyone to roam around in. But! Weve also reduced our sessions sizes to help keep climbers spread out through the trees. Our crew will still need to make sure your safety equipment is fitted properly at all times and means we may be in close proximity with our climb...ers. Please know well be keeping our contact to an absolute minimum and will be frequently sanitising our hands and equipment. We have extra sanitiser stations around the park but please remember to wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds, and cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze/cough with a tissue or into your upper sleeve/elbow. Online bookings and online gift vouchers are preferred. Onsite, cashless payments will be the preferred option until further notice. Whilst we dont have a cap on spectators, we ask at this time they do not attend, especially grandparents or other at-risk individuals. Just share your photos instead! If one of your group has recently travelled overseas, been unwell or been in contact with someone with a suspected or known case of COVID-19, we politely ask they do not attend either. For the safety of our crew and adventurers, we will require anyone we suspect of the above to immediately leave the park. Lastly, if you are well, adventuring outdoors is a great way to keep your immune system healthy so wed love to see your group hanging around with us! School holidays are fast approaching, which means very soon we will have the KidZip sessions back in action! If you have any 8-12 year old adventurers who want to come for a climb but you want to sit back and enjoy Yeodenes environment the KidZip session is for you! 07.01.2022 HELLO! We're so excited because we will be reopening today! Friday 04/06/21! Our reduced sessions will be running every hour starting from 10am, through to our last session starting at 2pm. For this reopening we have reimplemented a few extra covid safe measures.... These additional measures include: - If you, or any members of your group are sick please notify us as soon as possible so we can discuss your bookings options with you. - All visitors are required to check in. We will be visually confirming check-in via the green tick on your Service Vic app, or by writing your details onto the paper check in sheet. - We will be checking the ID of everyone onsite. This includes both participants and necessary spectators. If you do not have any ID confirming your address we ask that you do not attend. If you refuse to show ID you will be turned away. - Masks are to be carried and worn during your time at Trees Adventure. The only times you may not wear your mask is when you are socially distant on the courses, or when you can be socially distant on the ground.
