05.01.2022 The changing of the Vines... It's that time of the year when all the fruit gets put into bottles to keep the world happy and sane. Our Chardonnay produced 32 tonne this year off 10 acres. Picked late in the night/early morning to maintain maximum flavorsome goodness. Cowaramup/Treeton is renowned for producing the best Chardonnay in the world. The warm days and very cool nights combined with gravelly loam soils make recipe for bloody good Chards. The vines are now resting till spring. Thank you Chardonnay

05.01.2022 Small celebration today on the farm as we mark the end of "calving season" Number 26 wrapped up the season with a little lady. We now have 35 littlens running around and they are SUPER cute. Our focus now turns to the ground, planning for a bumper hay season to feed all the hungry Mumma's.
