24.01.2022 Excellent blog from Sydney Olympic Supporters. It echos a lot of what the supporters have been saying for some time now regarding the poor (amongst the worst in the NSWPL1) media management of the club. The people in charge don't have the time to update the supporters on which players have left or signed, but they have the time to update us on upcoming Socceroos fixtures and reviews on the FFA Cup final between two A League teams. http://sydneyolympicsupporters.blogspot.com.au/

21.01.2022 Atrocious first pre-season game, losing to Blacktown Spartans 5-1. Was expected though. Hopefully not a sign of things to come for the rest of the season, otherwise we'll be facing relegation. We've lost the majority of our best and most experienced players, and so will have to rely on a squad made up of under 20s players. Ever since the incompetent new owners took over Olympic we've seen our best players leave and have failed to sign any notable players. Today our Under 20s ...drew and the 18s also lost. From our 1st grade squad we've lost Go Shirai, Tiger Soeda, Scott Balderson, Tolgay Ozbey, Troy Danaskos, Harris Gaitatzis, Dimitri Hatzimouratis, Peter Markovic and Brendan Hooper. As of yet we've had zero confirmed signings. The pigs who run the club have zero respect for the supporters of this once great club. Sad that it's come to this. Maybe we'll restart our great rivalry with Marconi in the NPL2 next year. See more

19.01.2022 Sydney Olympic FC 0-0 South Melbourne FC (Olympic win 4-3 on penalties) Our boys have beaten our brotherhood club South Melbourne in penalties to win the Bank of Sydney Cup! Plenty of support for both teams, a big shoutout to our brothers ENOSI 59 for making the trip down from Melbourne.
