20.01.2022 5 Week changes from this champion! Again the training was already there but no structure or consistency with nutrition. Once we got him eating correctly then the results came quick. Training 4 X day split ... We bumped up the protein and went to 6 meals a day, structured meal plan with a once a week cheat meal. 02.01.2022 Alla; Just finished my Ramadan month for 2021. If you are unaware of what this is, it is where Muslims dont eat or drink during the daylight hours for 30 days. This month gives my body and mind a rest from the 6 days a week training schedule and excessive food and also allows for it to rest and recover. These photos are taken from before and after my month of Ramadan. Went from 11% body fat to about 8% body fat. Definitely feeling the cold more now. Just thought id share what i do to get my winter abs
