25.01.2022 A busy day on Thursday and I was able to get stuck into working on a black ally slat screen around a pool pump and air con on a customer's house. These can be done in any powder coat colour and all custom made on site. With the gate getting made over the week ahead and getting sent to the powder coaters ready for fitting in the weeks ahead. 22.01.2022 Well we're back home and camp is setup at home ready for todays big clean up. 22.01.2022 A bit of lock down fun and get a job ticked off for myself. The new Bbq beer keg is almost finished and keen to get to the shops and pick up the gas cooker. It will be a gas cooker Bbq as well as a open or close fire pit cooker. Also work well for pizza on our first cook up over the weekend. If your after a project ticked off get in contact and we will make it happen.
21.01.2022 Fencing Friday Fabricated a custom made gate and today I fitted it on site. Call me on 0421 31 67 57 for gates and fences big and small.
21.01.2022 Colour bond fence we finished up this week. Out with the old and in with the steel posts and concrete sleeper infill.
21.01.2022 Welding Wednesday has come about from big days on the kanga from Trent Pacey- For all Your Kanga Loader needs and lots of heavy digging and lifting. With a good clean up with the grinder and a few nice hot passes with the welder the cracks are all repaired and ready for work.
21.01.2022 A quick bit of maintenance on the kanga with a broken pin. With the last few big jobs, moving and digging out concrete has added up and broken the top main pin on the bucket. The bucket still needs some hammer love to close up the gap but time to make hay while the grass is green.
18.01.2022 Been a little busy not only on my camping setup but also making a custom camper trailer power station. Running a battery they supplied, I set out planning a battery system with help and products from Outback Marine from the Gold Coast to cater to their needs and budget. A switch panel was used for the inbuilt circuit breakers and switches allow individual circuits to be turned on and off from an easy location. A amp meter with a stunt was used to view incoming and outgoing a...mps from the battery while the volt meter keeps you up to date on the batterys health. A new style 15 amp mppt solar regulator, that has blue tooth interaction with an app on your phone was used to charge the system while out on your camping trips. With their 250 amp solar panel they are able to make around 12 to 13 amp when needed. Also there now is an Anderson plug running to the drawbar that’s protected by a circuit breaker to allow charging the camper battery while driving to their camping spot. The camper has now got 2 usb ports and 2 cig ports next to the swich panel for their camping needs. As well as 2 usb and 1 cig ports beside the bed for phone and lights to be plugged into at night if needed. The water pump was wired into the switch panel, and piped into the water tank. The plumbing setup also allows for sucking water out of a bucket, for when you’re next to the creek or have another water source and not wanting to use your drinking water out of the 80 litre tank. 18.01.2022 FISHY FRIDAY! Wow what a week. Finished off with a welding job on a customer's tinny. The customer wanted me to weld on rear dock board and dropped down step. More to come next week. Have a great weekend.
16.01.2022 Look back at a little rust repair on a custom car. The top of the windscreen was a little rusty and with the right skills all repaired. Ready for a small amount of body filler and a new coat of paint.
16.01.2022 Looking back at some custom gates I built. All my gates are made from aluminium and sent off to the powder coater and can be painted any color you desire. All my sliding gates are designed so that an electric motor can be fitted on the day or in the future. We can even set you up with wifi and bluetooth so that you can open and close the gate from your phone. The trench to run the power in was done by Trent Pacey- For all Your Kanga Loader needs and wired up by an electric contractor. The pickets were attached to the gate frame with stainless steel screws and the customer painted the fence themselves.
16.01.2022 Some pics of the prep work needed to get the electric gate working and running on its track. Trench and condute dug in 700 deep and coming up inside the concrete footing where the gate motor will be bolted down. Then steel work and concrete pored inside the boxed out area.

15.01.2022 Finish off Friday. With the gate back from the powder coaters I was able to finish off the pool pump cover. Thanks to my family and friends for the surport, as that's week 1 of full time working for myself and couldnt be happier. 11.01.2022 Hey guys, just an update. Unfortunately skin checks, procedures to remove moles and recovery is a big part of my life. Lucky I have a great Doctor and lots of understanding customers.
11.01.2022 When the rain started last week I got stuck into a few welding jobs. This customer needed new seat post for the new seats in his boat. With a quick measure up and chat about a few things i came up with a storage under both seats. These boxers are made out off Ally and tig welded. A channel has been mounted on top to bolt the seats to and allows a water tight box.
11.01.2022 We had a great weekend out with the North Brisbane Suzuki 4x4 Club at the social weekend at Janowen Hills Camping & 4WD Park. Not only was it a great weekend camping with the family and friends, but I jumped on board and supported the club and made up business card size bottle openers. 06.01.2022 Looks like the NBS familys had a great weekend away. A busy week and weekend ment the Pacey family was not able to attent but helped out in organizing the trophies for weekend.

05.01.2022 Weld it Wednesday. Just a look back at one of the welding jobs I've completed this weeks so far. Custom pool gate to make the most of the side access of the house. 03.01.2022 Fencing friday. Looking back at the start of the week where I built a customer a pool fence for there new pool. The concrete was core drilled for the post and all posts were concreted into place. The next day the panels were installed as well as the standed pool gate. A custom gate was made in house and sent for powder coating a few weeks early and was fitted down the side of the house. A custom Black slat screen was made between the brick pillars to finish off the job. Another happy customer and a pool that will be ready for summer.
