20.01.2022 I wanted to write this brief post. As one of our listed properties which is tenanted, we arranged an inspection twice for a buyer. The first time we arrived at the inspection and waited for half an hour for them to arrive. Once we finally got of hold of them they said they forgot and would not be coming that day, but wanted to rearrange. The second inspection was scheduled for today which they confirmed over the phone after the first canceled inspection on Tuesday. This time ...round though I called twice on the day of the inspection. Finally I got hold of the buyer, an hour before the inspection and they said oh sorry we are not coming. I particularly feel bad for our lovely tenants that always clean the property before any of the buyer inspections. And than they also vacate the property in preparation for the inspection. I also feel bad for our vendors as they get informed about our upcoming inspections each week, and the anticipation around that for them. I wish people at times considered what other people go through before wasting other people's time. #goldenrule #compassion #realestate #sellingproperty #brisbane
