25.01.2022 Every now and then an image from a collection will stand out from the rest, It's far from "technically" perfect, but it just works

22.01.2022 This is a photo of Nana Quinn, at the young age of 92 she travelled all the way from New Zealand. She came over to Australia for two very good reasons 1. To watch her granddaughter seal the deal... 2. To tear up the dance floor and show all those youngsters how its really done (photo in comments) I think it’s safe to say she nailed both!

20.01.2022 Autumn tones, lots of lace, native florals and a rocking suit. Jodi + Joel’s Mali Brae Farm wedding had it all. Check out their wedding up on the blog now, link in the first comment

16.01.2022 If there was one word to describe this wedding it would be a "wetstival" never have I seen it rain for as long and as hard as it did...Did this stop the party? No way, Jeff and Kirstie-May endured the pouring rain, the leeches, the mud and made it their own.

15.01.2022 Always looking for something different to keep it fresh . #junebugweddings #togetherjournal #photobugcommunity #destinationwedding #destinationweddings #lookslikefilm #lookslikefilmweddings #picoftheday #fineartwedding #fineartweddingphotographer #sonya7iii #sony #makemoments #weddingphotography #bathurstwedding #boxgroveweddings

15.01.2022 The sun set, the water lay still, a calming moment shared between two beautiful people.

13.01.2022 Not every day do you get to photograph Ron Weasly and Ed Sheerans love child as pointed out by the best man

13.01.2022 1890's Courthouse...Tick Empty room with large sun drenched windows...Tick An awesome couple who put up with my slight obsession with symmetry...boom

13.01.2022 Jodi and Joel had a look of uncertainly when I told them there would be a decent walk involved. We set upon a track, as they walked farther and farther away suddenly they became very small, lost in a sea of sand.

12.01.2022 It was such an awesome experience being apart of Aimee + Kel’s day, the girls did it their own way and totally rocked it! . #bushbankweddings #samesexwedding #loveislove #ssm #equality #dancingwithher #junebugweddings #togetherjournal #photobugcommunity #lookslikefilm #lookslikefilmweddings #picoftheday #fineartwedding #fineartweddingphotographer #sonya7iii #sony #makemoments #weddingphotography @ Bush Bank Weddings

12.01.2022 That one time it rained during the entire session, but everything suddenly became so much better after this...what I would typically call a lightgasm . #junebugweddings #togetherjournal #photobugcommunity #destinationwedding #destinationweddings #lookslikefilm #lookslikefilmweddings #picoftheday #fineartwedding #fineartweddingphotographer #sonya7iii #sony #makemoments #portraitsession #engagementshoot #bowralweddingphotgrapher #bowralwedding #southernhighlandswedding

11.01.2022 All this snow has got me thinking about that time Lyndon and Renae exchanged vowels at a small, intimate (and freezing) ceremony in Central Park, New York. See the Full wedding up on the blog http://www.trentdaft.com.au/wythe-hotel-new-york-wedding-l/

11.01.2022 It can be our best friend and our worst enemy. Light is always there, you just need to learn how to find it and then harness it.

11.01.2022 When I am at a wedding reception, I like to take a moment to go outside and look up. Sometimes it's cloudy, sometimes there isn't much going on, but that one time nature turns it on simply amazes me. So next time it's dark, take a moment with your partner, go outside and simply look up at the sky. You might be surprised with what you find.

09.01.2022 Sometimes relationships catch us off guard in the most unusual places, in this case Vanessa found James on his driveway.

08.01.2022 Nathan + Kayla hanging out in a busy lane way in Sigatoka, Fiji. I had picked this spot earlier however the Fijian walking past certainly added an unexpected feature

07.01.2022 I’m not going to lie, I was a little worried my material wouldn’t work with Brendan + Kate, especially given Brendan talks for a living on Triple M. Turns out Kate trying to describe Brendan as a Zoo animal had them both at breaking point.

06.01.2022 I looked at the staircase and then looked at Kate who had just spent the last hour trekking through the rocks in her heels. There was a moment of hesitation followed by "Kate, your going to hate me but..." Without a word she dragged Brendan straight up the staircase. Awesome clients = awesome results

06.01.2022 I love it when my clients don’t mind a little adventure, a 1.5km hike on an unmarked trail revealed a pretty cool piece of history tucked away in the headlands. Just after WW2 local fisherman built these tiny shacks out of materials found in the area. In 1984 the squatters where turfed for good. The shacks have been maintained by caretakers since 1990 and remain close to their original condition. Laura and James took a moment together inside a beautiful piece of Sydney’s history.

05.01.2022 A trestle bridge amongst the Californian Redwoods, sign me up! (Well in reality it actually took 6 hours of searching to find this bad boy but totally worth it, an epic location for an epic couple) .... #junebugweddings #togetherjournal #photobugcommunity #destinationwedding #destinationweddings #lookslikefilm #lookslikefilmweddings #picoftheday #fineartwedding #fineartweddingphotographer #sonya7iii #sony #makemoments #weddingphotography #santacruzwedding #californiaweddingphotographer #fernriverresort

01.01.2022 It took a good 2 hours of driving to find this hidden tropical gem, tucked away beneath years of erosion. A beautiful oceanfront resort once stood here, now a concrete jungle reclaimed by nature and home to a small village. We met with an elder and in true Fijian style they greeted us with a warm and welcoming BULA. The local kids had a ball hanging out with the bridal party as we headed off into what still stood of the resort for some portraits. As our driver explained the minimum wage being $2.50, we felt it was necessary to tip the elder as we left. Her reaction really was something special (picture in comments)
