16.01.2022 Trethowan Architecture was engaged by the architect for this shopfront insertion within the original entrance of the historic T&G Building on Collins Street. We advised them on solutions to provide new display windows and store entrance while retaining the original bifold entrance doors which have been fixed in the open position. This approach allowed the client to achieve their desired outcome without any physical alteration or removal of the original fabric. 14.01.2022 Detail shot from our recently completed Armadale project. We love our indoor-outdoor living, blurring the lines between the interior and exterior. The rear extension consists of a two-storey extension consisting of two minimal rectangular volumes divided by a central corridor, and a pool and courtyard area. The extension is completely hidden from street view, deliberately addressing, and maintaining the street’s heritage character.
