25.01.2022 Phase one for this Yamaha Viking. Customer didnt want the tilt frame so l made a super strong sub frame to mount the tray. Air filter, oil etc are still accessible. If there are any major works its a simple matter of removing 6 bolts. Tray has S 5mm floor and approximately 15 L water tank. Plan is to ad a dog box and roof down the track. Located in Ayr. 24.01.2022 Flat pack quad racks. Made to order. These are a few popular styles although they can be mixed and matched to suit your needs. All racks are made to customer’s specifications and measurements so they fit perfectly. Prices on photos. As a guide take off $200 if the tank is not required and $100 for carpet and filled in sides. 24.01.2022 Rust prevention /detailing. Give yourself piece of mind. Get a strip and rust prevention for around $480. This includes stripping the plastics and factory racks. I then pressure wash the bike and plastics and carry out a thorough inspection looking for rust or other damage.If the inspection is all good the bike gets a coating with Mako oil ( also inside the the tubing) and is then reassembled. If there are any issues found the customer is notified and a plan of action is discussed. Located in Ayr Nth Qld. Pm for further details.
24.01.2022 Quad bike rust repairs. This is the latest project. This bike was brought down from Cairns in pretty bad shape. First it was stripped down to a bare chassis. After that the affected rails were ground out and replaced with heavy wall galvanized material. Once painted it was reassembled. Everything went back perfect and now this beast has a very long future ahead of it. There are lots of quad bikes that would be perfect for this procedure and it may surprise some how affordable it can be. Located in Ayr nth Qld. 23.01.2022 Final product. This was my first crack at bar work. Don’t know what all the fuss is about. Only took four days to nut it out.
23.01.2022 Had to say goodbye to the Boaring Australia Honda today. She’s gone back to Burdekin Powersports for a works n jerks package. I’ll be able to finish the rest on the table. Can’t wait to fit this when it’s complete.

18.01.2022 Flat packs with built in tank. This generic rear panel with a water tank can be put to most of my designs. Holds around 9 ltrs. No special mounting as the base is simply bolted to the factory rack. These have been around for a few years now and I’ve sold heaps. They are very strong and don’t rattle at all. They really are a proven product with quite a few guys reporting numerous rolls with no damage to the rack. Basic flat pack With a tank is $650 plus freight. 16.01.2022 Located in Ayr nth Qld. Just got finished with another standard Yamaha Viking set up. This includes 5mm floor, dog box, full roof and tie down rails. On this one I thought we could use the existing tilt system but when I looked closely the tub cannot be unbolted and forms part of the tilt. Hence and totally new tilt had to be made. These guys came all the way from Barcaldine and by all accounts it was worth the trip.
16.01.2022 This Grizzly 700 is going from rock bottom to rock solid. Both bottom rails completely rusted out. Most people think when they get to this stage they’re ready for the scrap heap. I’m going to bend and fit two new rails( walls will be twice as thick as the factory material. Watch this space.

15.01.2022 Don’t leave yourself open to nasty surprises. Get your quad into Trev Racks for an inspection and get it back up to scratch. This one came in with a few obvious rust repairs to do. Just to be sure I removed all the racks and plastics to inspect the rest of the bike. Came across a bit more bracing that had rusted out and replaced it. Needled and rust converted other problem areas and touched up the paint on the frame. Straightened and strengthened the rear rack and cleaned up the front rack. Cleaned up the plastics and reassembled. Back to work for this little bike on Monday. Located in Ayr Nth Qld. Basic strip and rust proof is around $480. 14.01.2022 Side X Side tray. Custom tray made for this Pioneer 500. It has tie down rails roof rack 11 litre water tank 4 mm floor... 25 x 3mm box 3mm plate extremely strong sub frame main runners are 80 x 6 Channel There is the option to put a divider and doors on the rear. 12.01.2022 Bit of steel work this week. Handy little spray trailer set up to tow behind a Yamaha Rhino. Mounted the customers frame onto the new trailer. Also rigged up an adjustable boom for the rear.

10.01.2022 Tray conversion. LOCATED IN AYR nth QLD. To anyone who’s ever wondered if you can put a tray on Polaris Ace. Yes you can. This kids toy has been turned into a... practical little workhorse. The last pictures display the old tiny tub that comes standard. Plastics are trimmed back, new subframe made and air intakes ( normally fitted in the side of the factory tub) are relocated. With the new quad bike roll over protection rules this could be a very viable option for single seat applications. Because it’s a conversion I need the buggy here at my shop to do the necessary modifications. PM to arrange quote. See more

08.01.2022 Pretty basic front and back racks. The black carpet seems to be a good choice. Don’t mind the pinch weld either.
08.01.2022 Located in Ayr nth Qld. So this was the final result for the Boaring Australia tray. It was meant to be powder coated but time wasnt on our side. ( they are still looking at getting this done) took a while to nut out all the mounting etc. This is now the base for my 1000 Pioneer. Theyve left the front part open for standing in the back. Weve incorporated two water tanks in the lower sections of the dog box panels. One has a tap out the back and the other is plumbed up the front. Had to get a bit fancy on the headboard as the head rests stick out into the front area so running bars across is not as simple as first thought. Located in Ayr.

06.01.2022 BUGGY RESCUE Just finished repairs to this CF Moto buggy. Customer dropped it off and said it had an altercation with a tram line fence post. They’d had a crack at fixing it and although the theory was right, the execution was not quite right. The front end had to be stripped back. New suspension, radiator and oil cooler mounts fabricated and fitted. I’ve added a grill to protect the radiator and oil cooler. After all that I decided to have a go at making my very first bull/ nudge bar. Pretty happy with the result. More importantly I’m glad this beast gets to spend it days getting flogged across the paddock instead of collecting dust in the shed. Located in Ayr nth Qld.

02.01.2022 LOCATED in AYR NTH QLD Quad bike rust repairs. This old girl has just had some minor surgery. Customer noticed some rust in the main bottom rails. He brought it in before it got out of hand and had it repaired. This bike had been pretty well looked after and I was able to do some very nice patches. While it was stripped down it also got a fresh coat of paint. Its now ready to hit the beach like it should be. I can send solid weld anywhere from Rocky to Cairns and out to Charters Towers with freight ranging from $30 to $60. 01.01.2022 Located in Ayr nth Qld. Another Viking tray. I had this set up ready to go. The boys from Mt Isa came in fresh off a night shift, spent the night and we got her fitted up today. Did away with the tilt and put in a bolted sub frame. Everything is still accessible. Six bolts and the whole thing lifts off for any major works. 6 mm floor, dog box, roof, tie down rails and water tank. This was $3500 fitted.
01.01.2022 Front storage box. Over center latches and single strut. With the addition of the foam tape these boxes are both water and dust proof. This one was made for a Can Am and will have the Linq system added. The same shape fits on the Grizzly 700s pretty nice too.The finish on this one isn’t 100% as the customer’s going to cover it in marine carpet.
