25.01.2022 Bit of a hard session this morning ( ya think )



24.01.2022 Why not join us for some great workouts this week. You will do a different workout each time you train, great variety to keep it fun and interesting.

24.01.2022 Back into training this week for all people wanting to get fit after our shutdown, just give me a call or text and away we go. I'm training out of the Helensburgh Hub gym, my studio is upstairs. It's going to be a great set up, creche available, showers , vending machine so no excuses why you shouldn't start your health and fitness journey now !! I do one on one and small group training, all the PT extras are included, body composition monitoring, nutrition and meal plans and all workouts, it's all set up for you. 23.01.2022 Our workout of the week is a bottler, very hard, had one of those experiences where all I wanted to do was get out of the bloody rower so I could lay on the floor but my feet got stuck, related this to Stacey before she took it on lol,looked what happened, obviously didn't listen !! Not all our workouts are like this, we do functional sessions, met con sessions, which are all great for building lean muscle and reducing body fat and changing body shape, then if you're game you can take on one of our varied crossfit options.



21.01.2022 Respect to all my clients that have and will be taking on our 40/20 ( 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest and move stations, x 15 stations, 3 round met - con ) Just completed it, man that was tough.

18.01.2022 Just a quick note on session times, all sessions are about an hour, Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting times are 5.30am, 6am, 9am and from 4pm to 6.30pm, Tuesday's and Thursday's 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am and from 4pm to 6.30pm. Saturday morning 7.30am Morning sessions start at the times mentioned, arvo sessions can be started anytime between 4pm and 6.30pm so you don't have to be on the hour, just an hour session from whenever you start.



14.01.2022 Wishing a very merry Christmas to all my wonderful clients that have stuck solid with me throughout this turbulent year. We had some hard times but have come out the other side with a great studio set up ( many thanks to Ben , Charlie and Kate ) and have had some great workouts and challenges . Also to everyone that helped moving all the weights and machines to our new digs, especially Willy, Dave and Ash for their for their trucks, workers and crane. I hope the new year brings us hope and enthusiasm for what lies ahead, what ever that may be I'm sure we will get on top of it.

12.01.2022 School holidays done, back into training for summer, hope to see all my regular clients and anyone else who would like to get fit and healthy and look great for summer with our great HIIT circuits, eating plans and body composition monitoring.

09.01.2022 Hi everyone, hope you've all had a great Christmas and New year, it's going to be another challenging year but I'm sure we're all up for it. Training gets back to normal group and one on one times starting tomorrow the 4th of January, I would love to see all my current clients back as well as anyone keen to start the new year by becoming a healthier and fitter version of yourself through exercise and nutrition. 09.01.2022 Great 10 to 1 workout, on the floor job, stretch and roller, recovery smoothie, banana, blueberries, strawberries and WPI protein powder. Feeling great now.

02.01.2022 What a great teams high intensity circuit, 3 minute AMRAP, 1.30 rest and move to the next station, sharing the load, usually 30 seconds each for the cardio stations and certain number of reps for the weight stations, great fun.
