23.01.2022 Although I've done mostly tributes this year, there's original material on its way. The new Tumble Turn LP is mixed and you'll hear some of it real soon. And I've formed two new bands, with an international support coming up for one of them.

22.01.2022 By my estimation, tonight's debut gig with Font will be my 200th show.

17.01.2022 The new Tumble Turn LP is out tomorrow. This will make a total of 36 songs I've produced this year. And I may be recording over the Xmas break!

16.01.2022 It was in the latter half of 1980 that my musical journey began. I had turned 7 that May and received a guitar for my present. Months later, my mother took my sister and I out to find a Father's Day gift. We whittled our options down to a shaving kit or the complete vinyl box set of Beatles albums. That choice defined me greatly, as I dove headfirst in to the early albums of their catalogue. Those records are so much fun! Anyway, it was only another 3 months and the world would experience an oddity in history - the world's most famous artist was assassinated. I was too young to truly understand death, let alone one of this cultural magnitude. But as one flower dies, another grows in its place. Thank you, Johnny Moondog.

12.01.2022 Hola, TBC'ers. My newish band FONT have been whittling away at more songs, to justify playing again. Well... now we feel justified. There's a corker of fuzz-pop anthem, something a bit folkier (a la Died Pretty) and another long excursion into darkness. As a Perth bonus, the wonderful Greg Dear opens the night. Henry Hugo and his band will see us through the night, the gentleman that he is.

05.01.2022 My new band has its first tilt at glory, supporting Japan's marvellous The Let's Go's!

02.01.2022 This may very well be the swan song for Tumble Turn, as Greg has a new family to look after. Best of luck mate. Thank you Karl, Nick and Greg for making music with me. This band has been great fun both live and in the studio.
