23.01.2022 "Just Living" uses muscles, that's all it takes. Working and sports just adds to sore muscles.

18.01.2022 The year is sliding towards 2020 and we have all nearly survived another year. Obviously, some are more healthier than others when it comes to maintaining a healthy body. So as time ticks by, your bodies resilience does decline and soreness will takes over. It inevitable, denial wont help.

12.01.2022 Trevor Pursche Massage Therapy is still conducting business as usual after checking with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society Ltd (ATMS) of which I'am a member. As a Qualified health provider we are allowed to still practice under strict conditions. I have completed a compulsory training course set out by the Australian Government Department of Health, Infection Control Training COVID - 19. Certification on display in treatment room.... I have attached a document explaining the current regulations and hygiene precautions that must be adhered too. Unfortunately Iam better with muscles than computers and conceded to photography the documentation for your reading.
