18.01.2022 Well, here we are, it's Grand Final weekend! I gather Richmond fans are not big spit roast folk, nor are GWS. May the best team win?? Slightly diversing; I sold a spit roast to Dippa about 20 years ago. I wonder if he still has it and if it's still going strong and feeding the family / village. Cheers Trevor.

15.01.2022 Hi to all the spit roast fans out there! Looks like we are all doing a great job of not spreading this VIRUS! Had the first sale for the month on Monday. A small very portable spit l designed last year for taking away camping or just setting up over Firebox or Brazier in your back yard. The chap that bought this, went home that afternoon and got cooking. He sent me this photo of his set up which was greatly appreciated. So maybe there maybe others out there who missed the camping trip away, but still would like to add that atmosphere at home in the back yard with family. Can help pass some time and something a little different to our long stays in Isolation. Should anyone want to have a crack, give a call or message me. Cheers Trevor. Thanks for the photo Brett.

12.01.2022 Hi Folks! What a Summer Season it has been. History making Bush Fires, so early in December!!! And now the Corona Virus thing! A BIG double whammy for us here in Australia. So if we can't party out, maybe we should take on Partying In. Great time of year now to do a Spit Roast with some friends or gather the Village ( Not over 500 ). No total Fire Bans!!!!!! Sit round the spit and pick at the meat until all hours, chat, and hopefully solve some off the worlds problems along the way. Cheers Trevor.

11.01.2022 I had a few people to feed this night. The big 6 0H! Been years since l have cooked up a Butt of Beef. Had the numbers to eat it, so just went for it. Chicken Souvlaki, on the other Spit.

06.01.2022 Hi Folks!!!! Here we are well into the Silly Season. For all the spit roast fans out there, have a great festive season. Should any of the spit roasters out there need any fittings to hold their meat, l still have a good stock of these to suit most bar sizes. Eg: Gyros Plates, Prongs / Forks, Backbone fittings, Front Leg and Back Leg brackets. So if you are chasing some spares for the Big Day, please get in touch. Cheers To All.

01.01.2022 Hi There all. So her we are in lock down at Level 3. March has been a rather extraordinary month, hey! It's like someone flicked the switch just after the 2nd weekend. So now we head into an undetermined length of time, and just have to see what happens and where it all ends. Looking forward to catch my hire customers down the track when we climb out of the trenches. Until then, may you all take care and keep well.
