20.01.2022 For my clients waiting on refunds I’m sorry they are taking longer than normal. Most suppliers who we book through only have a small refunds team. They are all working overtime to try and get your refunds back to you as quickly as possible. I want you all to know once I have your refunds I will process the refund straight away. I know how much you all want/need your money in these times. I follow up every now and again but please keep in mind that the more we call or email to chase a refund the slower the refunds will take.

QUEENSLAND Residents : the WHOLE RUN DOWN From 12.00 pm on Friday 3 July 2020 all parts of Victoria are considered COVID-19 hotspots. NEW SOUTH WALES... From 1.00 am on Saturday 8 August 2020 all parts of New South Wales are considered COVID-19 hotspots. ACT From 1.00 am on Saturday 8 August 2020 the Australian Capital Territory is considered a COVID-19 hotspot.
