12.01.2022 Hi everyone Tri squad is cancelled this Saturday as most are racing at Hawks Nest . See you all up there have , fun and go hard . Training will be on the following Saturday 1/10 at 8am . I'll have pumps , Spares and helmets if needed .

10.01.2022 Well what a great morning at NTCs club race . Approx 100 triathletes raced today (wow)fantastic everyone . One of the best courses for sprint racing and differently the most scenic with dolphins joining the swimmers for the long course start . A special mention to Brody in the juniors , second place racing much older kids . We also had a great turnout of children doing the small race . Well done committee and volunteers .

09.01.2022 Hi All . Saturday morning skills session . This session will be at Stockton at 4pm this Saturday . Meet at Stockton pool car park . Bring all Tri gear . Sessions will now include . Pool and open water skills off Little Beach , bike and run skills will be held on the Newcastle Tri club race course . Hope to see everyone there

06.01.2022 Hi All a great weekend of racing at Hawks Nest on the weekend saw a very large pod of dolphins on the swim course and a large brown snake on entry to bike course kept everyone on their toes . Results Vanessa 1st in age doing enforcer distance . Belinda 1st in age sprint distance . Lisa 1st in age Olympic distance . Tania 2nd in age Olympic distance . Ron 3rd in age Olympic distance. Team Zammit 3rd Olympic distance . Darren 5th in age with an amazing bike average , 11th overall. Special mention to Chris who had a trouble in swim on first lap , pulled himself together to finish the Olympic distance , very well done Chris .

05.01.2022 Inter club challenge results . Lisa 1st in age third overall , two wins from two races smokin. Me myself and I , third in age but had to race 40+ very happy with result.

02.01.2022 Well done to everyone that raced this morning with over 109 racing in the Newcastle HITS race . A very special mention to Brody racing in the under Seventeen age group , second in the short course race and only 10yrs of age . Lisa second in over 40s well done .
