25.01.2022 These are my top ten photos which summarised my 2020. Whilst being a challenging year, I’ve learnt more about myself and others then I have in my whole entire life. What is important!! What is deemed as being successful. Because before 2020 hit. My ideas of being successful was never going to be achievable or measurable. Now... I know what success looks and feels like. It’s a balance of quality time with your family. It’s nurturing your loyal members along their fitness path.... It’s looking after yourself and making sure. You make time to do what you want to do and achieve. For 2021. It’s all about working smarter but achieving the same high level of care. I’d rather save one persons life with positive changes in their mental, physical health and well-being. Everyone has it in them. It just takes encouragement and a little guidance.
