25.01.2022 Great result for Team Thunderbolt Triadventure at the #RogueRaid 24hr AR over the weekend. Wow what a challenging course that Liam put together and how lucky we we be anle to actually race! This was the first AR style event that Dave, Leo and I had done since AmazonPrime #worldstoughestraceecochallengefiji with Bear Grylls. Just wanted to thank my amazing team mates including Oscar Booth for inviting me to the team to race in the Elite Premier mixed category! The boys were gr...eat to spend 24hrs with and Sloshy and Leo got to see the talent that Oscar has for this style of racing, he was impressive as a racer and team mate! Last time I raced with both Leo and Sloshy was as Team Mountain Designs, so loved being out there with them again also supporting the event sponsor and my #mountaindesignswildwomen team sponsor! Thanks to #ayuplightingsystems for lighting up our night and I must say my new #treksupercaliber helped me keep up on the bike legs over some pretty challenging single track in Daisy Hill and Bayview....Thanks to @venturecycles Anyway what a way to spend a weekend and congratulations to everyone who suupported the event as a competitor or volunteer you are all a part of something very special and we are all so lucky to have been able to just get out there! 24.01.2022 Just a reminder that the Wild Women Adventure Race is on again this year (Saturday 10th October 2020). So if you have been inspired by Bear Grylls #worldstoughestraceecochallengefiji and want to have a go at this style of event......well not that long, not that hard; why not find a partner and sign up now before early entries close midnight 30th August. (Numbers are limited) Be daring.....why not try something new exciting and different!

21.01.2022 Another character building session yesterday out paddling and trekking in the rain. What else would you do on a day like that when you are an adventure racer??? Amie is training for the#clarence100, so 30 plus kilometers of paddling was no problem for her! The 12k trek in the middle certainly helped to break up the long paddle and help us to warm up a little!

16.01.2022 Kim and Jan from Tri Adventure would like to thank everyone who attended the Wild Women Adventure Race yesterday, including participants, volunteers, sponsors and spectators. We really appreciate you supporting the 10th edition of this event despite all of the barriers that have arisen this year due to COVID-19 restrictions. Once again we were able to achieve a ZERO waste to landfill event, doing our bit for #plasticfreenoosa and the #Noosabiosphere We hope that you thorough...ly enjoyed your 2020 Wild Women experience, despite the challenges of the course we set and the addition of a bit of heat from mother nature herself. Everyone who started the event made it back to the finish line safely and with massive smiles! Well done Wild Women. 09.01.2022 We had a sneaky overnight camp up at Brahminy (rode from home then trekked in from Teewah). Left at 3.00am to get the high tide. Breakfast at sunrise on the beach before riding home - love our amazing playground!
