19.01.2022 TCV will be holding a practice day on the 7th of June at our Argyle property from 10 am to 3 pm. We have a RPA permit for this event so no licence is required to attend. This is only a one day event with no camping. Please find attached the rider check list, as a club we will be following the set guide lines from MA, MV and the Victorian Government.... If you are planning on attending , could you contact Paul Sens [email protected] or Phil Whittle [email protected] , we just like to know who will be attending. There will be no catering so please bring your own food and water. Riders RPA ride day checklist during COVID 19 Just a short checklist that may help you to have a safe and fun day on the bike If anyone in your group has been sick or is feeling unwell, please stay home or go home and seek medical advice DO NOT bring additional people, riders only or 1 parent if under 18 When parking, keep away from other vehicles as this will make social distancing easier Make sure you keep at least 1.5 meters from others in your group Do not gather in groups to chat Bring your own pen If paying in cash, bring correct money. If the club has Eftpos this is preferred Riders briefing will be done from a distance via PA, do not group together Stay at their vehicle while waiting to ride When going to toilets, remember social distance of 1.5 meters Wash hands after going to the toilet Please bring your own food and drink as the canteen will not be open Bring your own gear and tools, do not share tools or ask to borrow tools. Self-scrutineering means that you need to check your bike before you come as you are responsible to ensure it is safe to ride Bring your own bottle of sanitizer We also advise everyone to download the COVID 19 app Be patient, chill out as this is different for everyone Remember other people may be looking over the fence so please do the right thing
