03.01.2022 It's not often you get the chance to sit down for a casual chat with Australian triathlon royalty...A.K.A Sarah Crowley! This time last week, some of the crew from Cairns Crocs Triathlon Club got to do exactly that at an awesome Q&A session with Sarah. With the majority of the attendees set to compete at Ironman Cairns in a couple of days time, it was fantastic for them to be able to cover topics like coping strategies for when the mind starts to play tricks, nutrition, hy...dration and race strategies. Cairns Crocs Tri Club President Sean Hampson mentioned, "It was fantastic! I think that this kind of access to professionals inspires all those that meet them. It certainly shows that while [Sarah] may be at the elite level, she is happy to help those of us at the slower end of the field." Since IRONMAN Cairns last weekend Sarah has been road tripping her way back down the sunshine state, popping into a few legendary QLD clubs along the way...we'll hear more about them next week For those of you located in Brisbane, why not join in on the 'Sarah Crowley Audi South Brisbane Group Ride' tomorrow (Saturday 3rd) starting in Springwood.
