10.01.2022 KIDS HAVE HEALTH & FITNESS GOALS TOO. Its great to see our younger generation being passionate about health and well-being. Thursday's TRIBE Warrior class is specifically designed for those children who want to push and challenge themselves to improve their sporting technique, physical abilities, confidence and self-esteem. We aim improve balance, flexibility, strength, power, agility, coordination, reaction time and cardiovascular fitness. For 9-12 yr olds, COME FOR A FREE TRIAL TO CHECK IT OUT.
