I think you’ll agree something very fishy has been going on in the Village .. and we couldn’t be more thoroughly wrapped than a serve... of crispy battered flake & chips in yesterday’s newspaper! Enter Saltwater Coast’s highly anticipated opening of Tribeca Village Fish & Chips - finally set to swing open its doors this coming WEDNESDAY! It’s been quite a journey for owner and Point Cook local Paul Votskos, who has almost single handedly worked on the shop fit out for the best part of the year amidst the challenging hurdles of the lockdown. No fish out of water to the business, Paul brings with him 30 years of working in family run Fish & Chipperies from the East to the West of Melbourne. Working alongside his parents as a young teen inevitably led him to a now or never scenario taking the leap to launch his very own labour of love, where he’s called home for the past 17 years. Prepare to be hooked on the freshest locally sourced produce and the best traditional fish & chip fare Melbs West has experienced yet!
