Try 20 laps of single steps, 20 laps of double steps, throw in some jumping lunges when you reach the top and jump squats when you get to the bottom. Switch it up and get creative

Since high school I have completed my Certificates 3, 4, and Diploma of Fitness, a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science, and this year starting my 2-year long Masters of Chiropractic.... Prior to Tribe, I’ve always worked in the personal training scene. I believe that it has made me used to being very one on one with people and this potentially carries through into my classes. I put tremendous effort into getting you better in more ways than your fitness or aesthetic goals. I am a massive advocate for prescribing rehabilitation and mobility exercises in training sessions when past or present injuries may warrant a change of exercise.
