04.01.2022 THE WINNER OF OUR CHALLENGE- @brittanycolless ! Being a part of this 9 week challenge has pushed me to my limit, to be the best I can be and realise it’s not all about how you look but how you feel inside. I feel strong, energetic and I now love training, to me training now feels like a hobby not a punishment. I wake up excited to go to the gym, I am eating clean, and learning to love food without feeling like I should be starving myself to be fitter. I have enjoyed this amazing experience and I thank the tribe team at Wollongong I couldn’t of done it without the motivation and the push from the trainers. I can’t wait to see what my next fitness journey brings.
