17.01.2022 This is a trial of our new clutches just to make sure there wasnt a little issue that we may have overlooked before fitting it and using it on a mower. 16.01.2022 These two legends dont cross paths very often so had to get a pic of them together. Would of thought the bloke with the mask would of done the welding there but Im sure they had it sorted. They are making a tool for the press to bend the deflector clamps.

09.01.2022 The lathe in action machining our new Scott Bonnar clutch halves. It took about 11 hours to set up, program both sides and fine tune. We also had to purchase an expensive face grooving tool which you can see in action cutting into the face. We are very pleased with the result and the quality of the clutch halves. 05.01.2022 Finally got around to machining some clutch halves. Been a much bigger job than i thought it would be. And more expensive. Anyway we have a few done now and its been a great learning process. Ill post a few more videos and pics with more details when i get time. Saddly we cant sell them for what they have retailed for in the past as I dont have a foundry yet. So they will retail for $149 to start with. As you can see from the pic the boss is solid and along with a good fi...t on the shaft the keyway should last longer than previous aluminium versions. As of Friday afternoon (27/3/20) I have one 5/8" available. If anyone wants to come and grab it for a trial youre welcome to. You can even try it out before you pay for it, if its no good for whatever reason, ill have it back and no harm done. See more
