23.01.2022 At Trident Plastic Engineering we routinely combine the discipline of science with the imagination of art in the pursuit of delivering to our customer’s requirements. Case in point is this ventilation ducting that is climbing like wild Ivy over the exoskeleton of this Processing Plant in regional Australia. These ducts started life as sheets of PE100 before they were routered, bent, rolled and welded into their current geometry. We also designed and fabricated PU expansion joints to accommodate movement due the changes in environmental temperatures. A project of this scope and scale needs to be looked at from all manner of angles when considering the production and installation implications. At Trident Plastic Engineering we have those angles covered with our highly experienced and dedicated team!

11.01.2022 Trident Plastic Engineering manufactures fully compliant chemical storage vessels that are 100% customizable to suit your criteria. At Trident, not only are we industry leaders in tank fabrication, we are industry leaders in polymer specialists as well. Pictured are a pair of small vessels that were built to withstand the vigorous presented by the storage of Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCI). Our Team developed some very clever incognito design elements that were incorporated into these tanks to increase expected service life. 11.01.2022 Designed, engineered and manufactured to strict standards by Trident Plastic Engineering, this 18 metre-long x 5 metre-wide PE100 Bund was also installed onsite by our skilled team of tradesmen over the last couple of days. The PE100 is the material of choice when it comes to tank and vessel construction due to its processability and its excellent range of properties. This bund safeguards the environment and delivers piece of mind to our client knowing that the potential threat of ground water contamination due to porous concrete constructions has been eliminated. #Engineering

We fabricate the outer shell in accordance with our collaboration partners requirements and in line with regional standards. These Skids and Cabinets are often accompanied by Custom Chemical Storage Tanks which are also a forte of TPE. 08.01.2022 At Trident Plastic Engineering we understand the importance of collaborating with our clients when it comes to providing solutions to onsite issues. Our approved and patented Poly / Stainless Mesh Guarding is a prime example of this collaboration. Poly guarding typically employs 40mm apertures which delivers according to Australian Standards, however from a safety stand point, the visual clarity that is produced through these panels is less then optimal. We were engaged to come up with an alternate design that provides both a clear line of sight through the guarding whilst at the same time maintain the structural integrity of the barrier. After much liaison with our client, we delivered a product that ticks both boxes.

01.01.2022 Our Stacker / Reclaim Dust Suppression Covers, significantly reduce any dust or spillage created at the chute to conveyor transfer point. Trident Plastic Engineering have created flexible Polyurethane seals around the chute allowing for movement from the boom area. The guards/covers are manufactured from lightweight High impact Polyethylene making them virtually maintenance free!... If you would like to know more please contact our friendly staff!
