24.01.2022 Video Consultations: From Wednesday 25/03/2020 we are offering Video Consultations and Treatments. Your consultation will include a thorough assessment, advice, exercises and treatment plan to manage your injury independently at home. The practice is still open if you want to come in and see Matteo or Jo, this is just an additional option for those who are looking to reduce public outings. ... Unfortunately, private health rebates do not apply for video consultation, however, Medicare rebates may apply if you have an Enhanced Primary Care plan. Call 3831811 to book your appointment.

09.01.2022 Covid-19 Management Plan- If you are well, please feel welcome to come to your appointment and/or class in the clinic, knowing that we are taking best practice measures to keep you safe and well. We realise this is a challenging time and we wish to assure our valued clients that we are taking all steps to ensure your health and safety while visiting our clinic. We are also taking measures to help minimize the spread and appreciate your understanding and cooperation while we ...all work together to do so. INFECTION CONTROL MEASURES You will notice that we have increased infection control around the clinic as we follow best practice measures to minimize the chances of transmission in our clinic. We ask that you all please use the hand sanitizer provided to clean your hands on entry to and exit of the clinic. You may notice a stronger smell of disinfectant as staff will be regularly cleaning all surfaces in the clinic especially in busy times. GYM After all gym sessions, we will ask that you please assist us with wiping down of equipment. You are welcome to bring your own equipment (therabands, etc) if you have them. We have therabands available for purchase in the clinic, or you can find similar equipment at Kmart. We will be implementing strategies in the gym to maximise the space we have around each other, in line with the government's recommendation of 1.5m social distancing. However, if you do have cold or flu symptoms, or if you have been overseas and are within your quarantine period, we ask that you kindly let us know so that we can discuss alternative options for your treatment. We recognise the impact of reduced social interactions on our mental and physical health, so if you are able, we encourage you to attend the clinic. 03.01.2022 To all Ignite Physical Performance clients, To reduce traffic at the clinic we have moved everyone out to our Mt Gravatt set-up and we are spacing sessions apart 1 hour to allow time to clean gear between patients. Currently this is still legal as I am an allied health professional providing a service whilst meeting safe hygiene and social distancing requirements. Things could change at any moment but thats currently the plan. We understand that this might be too far to ...drive, we will be back at Spring Hill again once the bans are lifted (when ever that may be). Let us know if this will or wont work for you but we will plenty of scope to still do sessions, including via Skype or FaceTime. Address: Dittmer Park, Corner of Klumpp and Logan Roads, Mt Gravatt.
