18.01.2022 New baby seats. We are now selling a new design of baby seat that fits the standard Trike Bike for just $189 plus mounting kit. The same set will also fit on the electric Trike Bike with just a few modifications and the mounting kit. Enquiries welcome.

17.01.2022 Hello there, A lot of customers that have purchased Trike Bikes with baby seats now have children which are older and no longer able to fit into a traditional baby seat. These children are still too young to go riding on their own bikes and we have been looking at several options for toddlers between baby seat size and say four years old for some time. Realising there was nothing in the market we have developed our own bench seat which we have recently been testing. It is r...eally important to know that this is not designed for adults so please don't even ask because you will overload the seat and you have nowhere sensible to put your feet. The bench seat goes across the back of the Trike Bike frame and you will lose your rear basket but you gain a nice bench seat that is wide enough to take 2 toddlers at the same time. There are armrests on the side to stop them leaning outside the trike and there are also safety straps which you can use to hold your child securely during trips. It is important to know that these are only straps and not seat belts so we are unsure how much crash protection they would offer but it is certainly better than nothing. Any children riding on a trike should be wearing a helmet anyway. There is a small platform for their feet which will stop them getting caught with the rear wheels although I suspect if you don't ride fast enough they will give you a few good kicks in the bum ! Before we go into production we would like to gauge our customers interests in the bench seat. There is a lot of work in this not only with the metal fabrication and foot rest but also the padding and at the moment we are expecting it will retail for around AU$300. Please send me your feedback as to weather you think this is a nice design and also if you think you would be interested for around $300. It is pointless designing something which is either not needed by the market or is too expensive so we value your feedback. If we can get the price down lower by manufacturing 200 at a time and we will pass the savings on to you but there is a lot of work and cost in manufacturing this item. Many thanks Trike Bike

14.01.2022 COVID-19 update Thank you Australia for your strong support throughout the early weeks of the coronavirus lockdown. Many of you decided that cycling was the perfect outlet for some healthy low-impact exercise and purchasing a Trike Bike was your first choice to get outside and get some much-needed exercise.... Despite carrying many hundreds of Trike Bike’s in stock, the sales activity during the lockdown has been completely unexpected and sales have been more than twice as busy as a normal Christmas. These unprecedented sales have left us without any stock of conventional pedal Trike Bike’s which are now out of stock until June 2020. 11.01.2022 We have just started stocking a great new product called RearViz. A lot of our customers have recently been requesting rearview mirrors on their Trike Bikes so they can see behind for other cyclists and road users. One of the problems however, is rearview mirrors make a Trike Bike really wide and the vibration makes it more difficult to get a clear view of what is actually actually behind you. We recently came across this great Australian invention through a small company r...un by a local Gold Coast girl. The RearViz she has developed with her father is actually extremely good. When I first looked at the product I thought it would be a little bit of a toy and not very useful but now having trialed the device I can say I am really impressed ! This revision system actually mounts to your arm, anywhere between your wrist and just above the elbow. There is a small foldout rotating mirror that provides surprisingly good vision backwards, being attached to your arm removes all of the vibration you would normally get with a mirror attached to a Trike Bike or any other bicycle. After a few moments of use you forget that it is actually there and wearing it but all it takes is a quick glance down to the mirror and you can instantly see what is behind you. So you don't look stupid when shopping you can simply fold the mirror back in and it becomes a closed unit looking like some sort of fitness tracker, so you can shop without any problems. Having used this device on a Trike Bike I can thoroughly recommend it. At $34.95 it represents really good value for what you are getting and what the RearViz does. It also has accessories available that make it possible for you to replace the rear vision mirror with a sports camera like a GoPro and film your Triking adventures.

08.01.2022 Greetings Facebook friends, our suppliers have recently changed the design of our baby seats which connect to the back of our trikes. We now have about 4 of the old-style remaining that will suit both the standard Trike Bike and also the electric Trike Bike. The retail price was $189 but we are going to sell out the last of the old-style for just $100 each plus shipping. (There was nothing wrong with the old-style, they are a great child seat, it is just the supplier decided to make some changes)

04.01.2022 Despite the doom and gloom of the coronavirus happening in Australia, Trike Bike is extremely busy shipping our products out daily around Australia. We will continue to ship and support customers as long as the courier companies keep delivering. Our stocks are slowly dwindling as we wait for new deliveries from overseas, but at the moment all of our major product lines are still available. ... Stay safe and remember everything we are told about social isolation. Our latest customers are purchasing a Trike Bike not only to get some exercise and get out of the house but also visit the local supermarkets for supplies. The Trike Bike is a great way to travel on your own and with two large baskets there is enough room for your shopping. 01.01.2022 A lot of people don't know but we also sell commercial electric tricycles. This model is called the Trike Bike CARGO MAX and is designed for loads up to 400 kg. We have sold these units to wildlife parks, zoos, commercial boat-builders, military including air-force and navy and even for conversion to large mobile cappuccino machines. ... These trikes feature strong electric motors with about 40 km range. The CARGO MAX trikes have what is basically motorcycle forks and a motorcycle back-end along with hydraulic disc brakes, lights, horn, indicators and brake lights.
