09.01.2022 This weeks bootcamp plan - Please do this workout plan every second day. In between days, you can focus on your stomach and cardio. This can be done without resting. ... You can do extra core exercises such as sit-ups or crunches. Hill runs and stairs can be done every day or even a light jog. Perform each of the exercises on the bootcamp plan 15 times, except for the bicycle workout - Perform the bicycle exercise for 60 seconds and sprinting up the stairs 10 times. This should be repeated 3 times for the more advanced participate. Otherwise only do this twice. I would like you to continue this workout plan for a period of 30 days or until we return to bootcamp. Please let me know if you have any questions.
