If you have a centre link concession card or pension card- please let reception know at the time of your booking.... We also offer telephone consults for chronic disease management, ATSI health assessments and Mental health assessments. Please contact reception on 82581677 to book an appointment. Also, please note that regular face to face appointments with your doctor is still available. Please continue to follow the public health safety rules in regards to the Corona virus -19 and keep the distance. If you have any flu like symptoms, respiratory symptoms - please call your doctor to get advice over the phone. Please do not come into the surgery.

18.01.2022 FLU INJECTIONS: Flu season is coming and we will be getting flu injections at the end of April. Phone us on 8258 1677 and book in for your flu injection when your doctor is doing a flu clinic to save a long wait.

18.01.2022 Dear patients: As of July 2020 The Commonwealth of Australia along with the Government immunisation schedule is now advising that everyone above 70 get a prevenar 13 vaccination to prevent against certain types of pneumonia. This has only come in from the 1st of June. ... Pneumonia's are a serious and potentially life threatening illness. This vaccine will protect against some pneumonia's. In the past we have been giving a different pneumonia vaccine for those who were susceptible. The health department is now recommending everyone above 70 years of age be given the vaccine. It is recommend that you should do so and should you wish to please contact the surgery as will be having specific pneumonia vaccine clinics to facilitate this. Please call the surgery to make an appointment in July.

10.01.2022 Just a reminder to all patients attending Trinity Medical Centre that we still have restrictions in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our patients. We have a limited amount of patients allowed in the building at any time and if you have any respiratory symptoms such as sore throat, cough, fever, runny nose, you must make a telephone consult with your doctor before attending the medical centre. If any patient presents with these symptoms, even after testing, you will be asked to wait in your car until the doctor is ready to see you.
