20.01.2022 Pub Choir - We’re all in this together

17.01.2022 After paddling a Dragon Boat 100km on the weekend, we are all a little bit (a.k.a. very) sore still. Many of us felt frustrated - a crisis was occurring on our... doorstep and all we suffered from was a few cancelled sessions. We are glad we got stuck in to help. Thank you to everyone who helped and lend a hand. Too many to mention everyone, but big or small, you all played a part. We chose a 100km target as we knew that such an audacious distance would grab the attention from the wider paddling community both locally and overseas. And respond you did! We raised $6,000 which will go to help those affected by the Australian bush fires, so thank YOU It is for a very good cause and happy that our club ACCA and our mates from Maia Outrigger Canoeists Sydney, The Sloths, Bluefins Dragon Boat Racing Team, Pacific Dragons Dragon Boat & Outrigger Canoe Club, Sydney Zodiacs, Mavericks Dragon Boat Racing Club, Brisbane River Dragons - Dragon Boat and Outrigger Canoe Club, Different Strokes Dragon Boat Club, FFB Dragon Boat Club, Koa Kai Sprint Training, Dragons Abreast Sydney, Cronulla Outrigger Canoe Club - took action to help out.
