Within... a month we were forced to strand down most of our staff. Following the shutdown order, we have been in turmoil trying to keeping the business open while transitioning into delivery services. Being a 12- year-old business and a six-time finalist in regional food competitions, Blue Moon has been a legacy with amazing fusion food, friendly staff and a beautiful environment. We are determined to keep it open at all cost. Our chef Gary, now our only full time staff, is working days and nights to complete the transition so that our beloved customers will be able to enjoy chef -quality food at home. And hopefully, this will allow us to bring back our staff in the coming months.
