16.01.2022 We are happy to announce that Trintarabee Quilting will host a weekend with Julie Fenn of Lilly Francis Designs on Saturday the 30th and Sunday the 31st January 2021. The project for the weekend will be an original design project using country garden blooms and Julie will launch her design at Trintarabee quilting. Bookings are essential and the weekend will include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on both days and of course your own copy of Julie’s pattern. The cost for t...he weekend is $135. 13.01.2022 At Trintarabee Quilting, we understand that there is a huge demand for face masks for the upcoming ruling throughout Victoria. This has lead people to making DIY face masks for protection. We have created a simple video on making a Bias Binding strap, so you have wear your mask with comfort. Instructions to make Bias Binding straps for face mask straps. 1. Cut a 2 inch (5cm) Strip.... 2. Iron in half length ways 3. Open up and fold one side into the crease and iron. 4. Fold the other side into the crease and iron. 5. Fold in half with the raw edges inside the join and iron. 6. Sew the join shut and you have a strap. 04.01.2022 Our stores grand opening is on Monday 15th June 2020. We will be giving out cupcakes to celebrate. Opening week specials are 25% off rainbow and Bali snap jelly roll fabric precuts and some fabric as low as $5 per metre. Come on in a meet the team.

03.01.2022 We are happy to announce that we are now taking bookings for beginner quilting classes. They will run Saturday 1st August 2020 and continue for those who wish to Sunday 2nd August 2020. Your instructor will be Helene Durkin and she will walk you through how to make a half log cabin block which can then be multiplied to make any sized quilt you desire.... Classes will cost $35 per day with morning and afternoon tea provided. If you require lunch it can be purchased from Cafe Aga. All you need to bring is your own sewing machine and purchase your fabric from our store. We will supply the following items which can be purchased as a kit if you wish to continue for the special price of $75. That’s a discount of $30. The kit will contain the following; Rotary cutter Quilting ruler Cutting mat. To book your place simply email our store or come in and talk to our friendly team.
