25.01.2022 We Just erected a new patio at leeman primary. With Lowman Engineering and Bullet Fabrication.

23.01.2022 Closing off a BIR, Odd size openings? No problems we will make your frames and door to suit. This ones made from solid timbers but we can also do soft timber or steel frames.

22.01.2022 Replaced some old wood rotted steps Made to suit the clients needs, went the rustic look

21.01.2022 One of our clients had a major sag on there back verandah, the old posts had been in the ground for over 25 years and just rotted away. The sag was up to 125mm or 5 inches in the old speak. We dug out the posts. Jacked the verandah up and put props underneath temporarily for supports. Removed and replaced the old timber putting them on galvanised stirrups concreted in.... Treated the timbers in bitcoat to help waterproof them. Then placed brace stumps along the rest of the front row for additional support on the remaining old posts. Then built some new steps to replace the old ones as they were a little rotten in places. The whole job from start to finish had its challenges as the timbers had been sagged so long they were warped and thru opposing pressure ( jacking them up and jacks pushing down at the same time) we were able to make them straight again, lifting the deck and roof at the same time caused a few anxious moments when the timbers shifted and made some strained noises. It took 4 days but we got it level and re stumped. Its solid and will last for many more years. Most important is our client is very happy with the results

20.01.2022 We have completed a Trex Deck on the front of this property, the colour is Chateau Grey and it works in really nicely with the home colours and garden. This deck has a boarder around it in Island Mist colour and our client is really happy with the results it finishes off the entry area.

19.01.2022 Just finished a new deck ( trim deck ) All ready for the festive season. We inherited the initial framework which was laid incorrectly for the direction the client wanted the deckboards to run and after much tweaking and hard work got it level and the joists running the right way. We laid on the boards and edging to produce a decking area the client is very happy with.... And we are proud to be the contractor chosen to be given this job

17.01.2022 We just finished doing some repairs to a Disabled access ramp. We removed all the old boards and the rusted steel frame as well as the posts. Put in new steelwork, covered it all with some Jarrah deck boards. Looks nice and new again. Thanks to Alan from Lowman Engineering and Craig from Bullet Fabrication

14.01.2022 A little bit of storm damage from a while ago. We changed from Hardie fencing to a Colourbond,tying the new panels to the old ones and set it up so that it will be easy to add onto at a later date We changed this damaged fence from a Hardie product to a Colourbond fence, the reason behind this change over was because of the shortage of Hardie fencing in WA at the moment.... I have been informed that as of the end of the year Hardies will stop manufacturing this product.

13.01.2022 We have just completed a partial bathroom renovation. New floor tiles Rebuilt the shower area walls New wall tiles Upgrade to shower drainage... New laundry sink and cupboard Laundry taps and washing machine taps Painted top to bottom New doors and door hardware The shower walls were in a very poor state due to a water leak that was not repaired for a long time, so they came out and got a rebuild. We found tree roots and grass in the wall cavity Thanks to Brett from Torquoise Coast Plumbing, for supplying and installing all the plumbing. Kiean from Get Layed Tiling, for all your help and doing such a great job with the tiles and making us look good Maxi from Triple3, for picking out the colours for us to use. Cheers, everyone

06.01.2022 When its left to rot too long, the first storm this winter would have collapsed this section down over their front door. As it was luckily the blind was there to stop it coming down completely in fine weather. This was a simple fix, but if it was left any longer it would have been a bigger job and had the potential to hurt somebody. Please check your timbers around the home regulary its cheaper and easier to do a small job than wait until it becomes a big job. We can inspect any timberworks you have and offer you an honest and fair assesment before the winter storms arrive

04.01.2022 Why spend big dollars replacing your carport when it can have a bit of cosmetics instead. Once we gave this carport the new steel look, it no longer looks like the tired,rusting steel frame carport it was.
