Saturday morning has 2 spots left for the 3 hour Sea Lion & Aquaculture Bay Cruise and vacancies for 3 people for a Half Day Fishing trip in the afternoon. 23.01.2022 Just a little bit about how and why we package our Smoked Bluefin Tuna the way we do. The Australian Bluefin Tuna fishery is one of the most sustainable fishe...ries in the world. We pride ourselves on sourcing the highest quality tuna and all Australian ingredients to produce our Smoked products Our house smoker, Robert, fillets and hand cuts the tuna into 100-150g pieces. It is then put through a special brining process before it is placed into our smokers, using our pacific blend wood chips. From there, each packet is carefully hand packed, sealed and placed into our retail packaging ready for delivery to your local store. We decided to keep both our Hot and Cold Smoked Tuna in a fillet so you can enjoy how you would like... Thick or thinly sliced, broken up in a salad or presented beautifully on a platter to show off some of the best produce of South Australia.

Available for a 9am Sealion & Aquaculture Bay Cruise on Tuesday and Half Day Fishing again on Wednesday at this stage. 11.01.2022 Peter was a fantastic guide around the waters near Port Lincoln. He has a broad knowledge of the fishing performed and an easy dry humour helped to convey the information. Add in a stop near a quiet beach to try tuna sashimi and it was really a great half day tour
