01.01.2022 Well the time has come for me to say 'see you later' to the Sunshine Coast. I have had such an amazing few years here, I have met and worked with some incredible people. It has been a real honour to have shared in all of your health, fitness and running journeys. I have seen so many goals smashed, so much strength and resilience and made some lifelong friends. Its been an adventure! Triple-C - choice, chance, change... I stand by this with all of my heart. I made the choice to take a chance and apply for a job position I could only dream of being offered. And now I get the opportunity for the change to happen. There are some Bears in Vietnam that need my veterinary skills so that they too have the chance for change! I will miss you all! Keep running and living life on the trails Ill be back out there with you in a couple years
