22.01.2022 Triple Goddess Yoga classes will be cancelled for the time being. Janny and I will be doing our Yoga at home in the shed for now. Thank you to everyone who has attended classes in the last few months, it’s been the most amazing working time of my life. I’ve loved every second of it. I hope you will all find a way to keep up a regular practice at home and I look forward to seeing you all on the other side of this crazy time .

09.01.2022 Hi All, Triple Goddess Yoga is about to kick of it’s open Yoga classes for the first quarter of 2020 . There will be another round of the beginner program being offered soon. watch this space. ... Open classes for January through March 2020 TUESDAY (starting Tues 14th Jan) 6:30 am - Vinyasa class to build energy, strength and flexibility. WEDNESDAY (starting Wed 15th Jan) 7:00 pm - Vinyasa class that is slow and strong to soothe the day away. THURSDAY (starting Thu 16th Jan) 10:00 am - Very low impact class to improve mobility, balance, breath and strength. SATURDAY (starting Sat 18th Jan) 7:30 am - Open class with broad focus and variety. Some classes/workshops will work towards some fun and interesting peak poses. I like to think of this as pot luck class . Leaving space for creativity and flow. $20 per class or $30 a week to attend up to three classes per week or $140 - 1 class weekly card Allows you to attend 1 class of your choice per week. Valid for 8 classes with no time limit. Pay for seven and get your 8th class free. or $210 - open pass card that allows you to attend as many classes, of the four weekly available, as you like for 8 weeks. 05.01.2022 BEGINNER YOGA CLASSES (Lightning Ridge) I am now offering the next round of 6 week Beginner level Vinyassa Yoga classes. The program will include a 1 hour clas...s per week. Classes will be structured as part workshop and part flow culminating in you competently completing a full hour flow by week 6. You will learn a safe expression of the foundational Yoga poses that suit your individual body. Build your confidence and knowledge so you can begin a healthy and rewarding Yoga practice. Class sizes will be limited and your place can be reserved once payment has been received. Available times are as follows: Tuesday 7pm (starting 21/01/2020) Wednesday 7am (starting 22/01/2020) Wednesday 10am (22/01/2020) Message for any inquiries or for payment details.
