18.01.2022 Hi Triple Shakti Sisters, I (Anneriek) am starting a program next year with a small group of women to learn about and explore 11 goddesses and how their qualities can change our lives, ‘The Goddess Sequences’. Yoga practices for each goddess are included. The Goddess Sequences is program for women to learn about 11 goddesses and how their qualities can change your live. This 12 month program will help you transform yourself and embrace the different aspects of each goddess w...ithin. Each goddess is a teacher of the skills of living as an empowered feminine lover of life. The force of the feminine divine is yearning to evolve our awareness, to help create a world in which we live in balance with oourself, others and the earth. This 12 months (150 hrs) training includes: * 24 sessions (3hrs each, face to face or Zoom). 2 sessions per goddess (aiming around new moon and full moon). Plus 1 intro/starting session and 1 closure session. * 2 shared practices monthly (1 yang, 1 yin) * In depth understanding of the 11 goddesses; their stories, gifts, archetypes and shadows * For each goddess a yang (flow) and a yin yoga sequence will be provided for self practice (and for teachers also to learn to teach). * For each goddess meditations will be provided to invoke the qualities of the goddess * Workbook * Online access to all Goddess Sequence yoga practices for home practice * Assignments to deepen your knowledge and keep you on track (possibly working together with another participant) * Certificate for 150hrs training Price $1,700 ($500 deposit + 12x $100 a month). The shear power of sitting with other women overwhelms me and still warns my heart and stills my mind.
