17.01.2022 wall poster in the streets of Old Delhi. This was once Shahjahanabad, the city conjured into existence by Shah Jahan, builder of the Taj Mahal, and although it’s lost it’s poetry there aren’t too many places more teeming with vivid life than Old Delhi.

02.01.2022 Woman playing before a holy relic at the village of Abhaneri, not too far from Jaipur. The town is famous for its Chand Baori stepwell, probably the most spectacular in all of India, but the Harshat Mata Temple, where this woman is praying, is a beauty.
